ENOC joined hands with Dubai Police and set up Tasjeel, to simplify vehicle testing services and promote road safety in Dubai. Established in 1999, Tasjeel became an exclusive business unit of ENOC Retail and is UAE’s first, largest, and most trusted vehicle testing and registration centre, for over two prosperous decades.

In 2006, as Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) supported and took responsibility from the Dubai Traffic Police, they became a joint venture of Tasjeel. With an aptitude for excellence, the services and products offered by Tasjeel match the highest service standards combined with exceptional customer care.

Today, Tasjeel is present across Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates. With a significant number of centres spread across the bustling areas and the unrushed interiors of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, Tasjeel is keen on expanding its reach across the UAE.

Our vehicle testing and registration process is designed with motorist convenience at its heart. We offer a range of services designed to make vehicle testing and registration renewal as straightforward as possible, including a pick-up and drop-off service, and mobile vehicle testing for our Fleet customers. Some of our RTA-certified Testing Centers offer round-the-clock testing and registration, and motorists can opt for our fast-track VIP service which offers even speedier test results and preferential handling.
